BUSINESS Partnerships

Cans for Kili is looking to partner with businesses and companies of all shapes and sizes. Below are a few ways any company can contribute to improving the Indy (or your own city's) community. If you have other ideas or ways you would like to help contact us!

OFFICE COLLECTION

Simply put out containers at your office!

This is an easy and passive way to make a big impact on the cause.  Leaving buckets in the kitchen or work areas gives employees a place to put their empty cans.  When you are ready, contact us at cansforkili@gmail.com for a pick-up!  This can be scheduled regularly, or on an as-needed basis.

EVENT CLEAN-UPS

If you are a company that hosts events, let us know and we will arrange for people to come and clean your stands or provide a container behind the bar.
If you are a company just looking to volunteer, let us know and we will partner you with an opportunity for community pick-up.

School Partnerships

School partnerships can happen in a competitive and non-competitive way. Not only will you be supporting this environmental sustainability effort, but you'll be teaching students valuable lessons about protecting our earth. See below for some school partnership ideas, and let us know if you have more! All events can be coordinated by emailing cansforkili@gmail.com. Don't worry, we will work with you to figure out all the logistics.

CLASS COMPETITION

Class competitions are a great way to get students excited about recycling. If you are interested in organizing a class competition, we will give a pizza party to the class that collects the most cans.

SCHOOL EVENTS

Put collection boxes out during school events, such as basketball games, carnivals, or school dances. These are great opportunities to reinforce the healthy habits of recycling outside of the classroom. Keeping the earth happy and healthy is a 24/7 job.

EVERYDAY COLLECTION

Start teaching your students healthy recycling habits that they can utilize at school or home. Start by putting can collection boxes around schools for every day can collection.

COMMUNITY EVENTS

Involve the community in your recycling partnership! Use Cans for Kili as an opportunity to bring your school community together to benefit the overall city community. Your school can do this by organizing a highway clean-up, park clean-up or an earth day event.

Let us know other ways you can help us SUMMIT our goal.
